1. Return & Exchange Conditions
Returns and exchanges are accepted within 30 days of delivery.
Items must be unused or gently used, in original packaging, and include all accessories or tags.
Returns requested after 30 days will not be accepted.
Exchanges are available for eligible items (e.g., size or color), once the original item is in transit.

2. Return Process
Contact us at support@happyfinale.com before returning any item.
We’ll provide full return instructions and, when applicable, a prepaid label.
Returns are accepted by mail only.

3. Refund Eligibility
Refunds are issued for orders that meet one of the following conditions:

  • The item arrived damaged or defective.

  • The product differs from the original order (design, size, or material).

  • You received an incorrect item.
    Items worn, washed, altered, or missing original tags are not eligible.

4. Order Cancellation
Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of purchase at no cost.
After 24 hours, items move into production and cannot be canceled or modified, as they are made-to-order.

5. Refund Details
Refunds are processed within 10 business days after we receive and inspect your return.
All refunds are issued in U.S. Dollars (USD) to the original payment method.
If delays exceed 15 days, please check with your bank or card provider.

6. Responsibility & Notes
Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item is defective or incorrect.
We are not liable for lost or damaged returns caused during shipment.
