A: Orders placed before 5:00 PM (Central Time) on business days.
Transit time varies by location but usually takes 7–20 business days, for a total estimated delivery time of 8–27 business days.
Q: How much does shipping cost?
A: We charge a flat rate of $8.95 for all U.S. orders — regardless of size or location.
Q: Which carriers do you use?
A: We primarily ship through USPS and other reliable local postal partners.
Q: Do you ship internationally?
A: Currently, we only ship within the United States. We do not deliver to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam, the U.S. Virgin Islands, or APO/FPO addresses.

A: You may return items within 30 days of delivery if they are unused, in their original condition, and include all packaging.

Q: Who covers return shipping costs?
A: Return shipping is free for defective or incorrect items. For other cases, customers may cover the return postage.

Refunds & Cancellations

A: Refunds are processed within 10 business days after we inspect your returned item. You’ll be notified by email once your refund is issued.
Q: Can I cancel or change my order?
A: Orders can be canceled or modified within 24 hours of purchase at no cost. After that, production begins, and cancellations aren’t possible. Please email support@happyfinale.com right away if you need help.
Q: What happens if I entered the wrong shipping address?
A: Please double-check your address before checkout. If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, additional shipping fees may apply.
